KETTLE-BELL TRAINING - 1 On 1
Join Shane Parmalee, IFKK Certified Instructor and Owner of K.O.R.E.F.I.T. for 30-45 minute sessions targeting the entire body through a series of drills using Kettlebells and body weight conditioning. Only $35 for 1 on 1 K.O.R.E.F.I.T. Sessions. Contact Shane@SnapHaslett.com
MEET WITH A SNAP FITPRO
GROUP CLASSES @ SNAP MASON
Our sister club in Mason has over 950 square feet dedicated to group class training.
Zumba is taught by Amy Berry and Jen Pawlowski and is held every Monday @ 7:30 pm, Wednesday @ 5:45 pm & Saturday @ 9:00 am
Gut Buster is every Tuesday at 7:30 pm with Dave Pitchford.
The above classes are $5/ session for Snap Members and $7 for non-members. Or buy a Punch Card for $50 and get the 11th session FREE. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class to sign in.
Hi-Intensity Interval Training is led by Frazier and Bernadette and is held:
- Monday & Friday: 10am & 4:45pm
- Wednesday: 8:15pm
- Sunday: 8:00am
Cost : $10 for Snap Members; $12 for non-members
