Group Circuit Training
Group Circuit Training is designed to wake you up inside. This specially structured, intense circuit training program is designed to increase metabolic rate through high repetition resistance training. Which will greatly aid fat loss, help your body to properly process sugars and increase bone density. Get off the roller coaster ride of a sugar emphasized metabolism!
Call now or stop by to register and reserve a spot. Members $5 and non-members $7. Couples are welcome. Bring a friend!! Classes start in December of 2011.
Zumba!
Zumba Fitness is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party. Our classes are held in the space right next door to the gym.
The schedual is as follows:
Monday: 6:00-7:00pm (If you have done Zumba before, this may be your class)
Tuesday: 9:15-10:15am Beginner Zumba (learn the basics)
Thursday: 9:15-10:15am (same as monday)
6:00-7:00pm Beginner Zumba
Saturday: 9:00-10:00am Beginner Zumba
Absession
Work the core, a great combination of exercises to tone the "ABS", a great way to get ready for the Spring.
Tuesdays at 10:15AM
Butts-N-Gutts
Just as it sounds, a great workout to tone and trim the backside, and work the abs for a total lower body blast. Your body will show a great result from this efficient class.

Our Intro to Fitness package is for members who want help putting together a roadmap to better fitness but aren't ready to make a big commitment to personal training.
We'll teach you the basics of cardio, strength and flexibility through a custom-designed fitness program.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, build endurance or recover quicker from injury, partnering with a Fit Pro will help you get the most from your workouts and achieve noticeable results faster.

Boot Camp 101

It takes consistency to get results. Boot Camp 101 is just the class to keep you motivated and on track.
Achieve in a group what is hard to do alone! Our certified Fitness Professional leads a small group through a twice-weekly, 12-week intense total-body workout program. Expect quick results from routines that encompass the three key areas of fitness-cardio, strength and flexibility.
Boot Camp 101 is for everybody - classes are offered at both beginner and intermediate levels.

Express Fitness

Looking to get in shape and feel great, but don't have a lot of time for the gym?
