One-On-One Personal Training

These sessions offer you a unique opportunity to develop a long-term successful fitness program with your trainer that is also sensible, functional, and valuable in achieving greater health and longevity for life.

Your trainer will give you consistent support and motivation throughout the entire time you work together! They will also design the best workout routine for your fitness level and goals.

Working one-on-one will help you work harder, more consistently, and more efficiently than you would on your own. We will provide you with enough guidance and education to ensure that you establish effective exercise patterns right from the beginning! We will educate you on how your body functions and how to train it, in a safe effective manner to achieve the results you want.

1-4 Sessions - $35

5-10 Sessions - $30 (Receive 1 Free)

Partner Training

These sessions are a great option for those who enjoy training with a friend or relative. Partner training sessions give you that extra energy and motivation to help accomplish your fitness goals. These sessions also reduce the cost and give you that old school “camaraderie.” All partner training sessions run for one full hour.

I’ve had a passion for running and exercising since I was just ten years old, but I was never a gym person! I made fun of gym goers and couldn’t fathom myself ever becoming a member.


Last fall my grandfather couldn’t stop ranting and raving about this gym – “Snap Fitness”, so I started thinking maybe I might join just for the winter season.


I went to the gym as a visitor and found the owner to be extremely friendly, relaxed, and unimposing, the pricing extremely reasonable, and the equipment well maintained. To my surprise I was signed up by the end of my stay.


The 24 hour access is extremely convenient. I remember on one Holiday chuckling to myself as I passed by a gym that was closed while I was on my way to workout at Snap. The staff is unbelievably nice and the gym is always clean and orderly. Needless to say, it wasn’t just for the winter.


Since running was always my first love, I started a cardio routine and for a while was completely satisfied but then I began to take an interest in the other three quarters of the gym. I found weight training interesting but didn’t know much about the equipment or the proper techniques involved.


I watched clients doing things I never would’ve thought of with trainers alongside diligently directing and encouraging them. After a few weeks of contemplation, and with my wedding just a few months away, I decided to give personal training a try.


I was more than hesitant at first but now, being on the other side - married and experiencing the results, the caution was unwarranted.


Being unsure as to where I might reside after the wedding, I only signed up for three months. The twelve week time frame ended up being perfect.

This is why:


  • First, the cost was doable. This is a wedding expense that will last not only for the wedding day but also for the Honeymoon and ultimately set the tone for the rest of your life.
  • Second, the timing is perfect for getting the results you want without becoming burned out. Knowing time was of the essence I truly got the most out of each session and being able to see the light at the end of the tunnel made it fun. In addition, I was able to put all the wedding excitement (and stress!) to good use.
  • Lastly, it was fun to undertake such a challenge. Watching my body morph in such a short time was amazing. I didn’t sign up with the intention of losing weight but I didn’t dislike the fact that I did. In the end I stopped losing weight but continued getting thinner, which meant that I was really building muscle. I don’t think I would have been satisfied at my wedding without knowing I looked my absolute best; working with a personal trainer ensured just that.

 


My personal trainer, Sue Singer, was phenomenal. She was personable and professional both at the same time. I never felt embarrassed or pressured. Instead my goals became hers. She covered everything from nutrition and diet to a personal workout routine for me to follow on my own. She knew when to push, but to my amazement also quickly knew my limits; the very two things I’m still trying to figure out about myself after fourteen years of workouts.


Snap Fitness now offers this training option in a complete package named “Fit-to-Wed”. We all know that on most occasions, adding the word wedding to something suddenly means adding costs. Snap Fitness and their personal training staff, however, are offering this program at a price far below its value. I would recommend this to my closest of friends and I can’t imagine anyone regretting it.
