New Weight Lifting for Ladies 

St. Anne’s and St. Marys (St. Vital South) locations are introducing Lifting for Ladies for the New Year.

Book an individual session with Snap’s CSEP- Certified Personal Trainer to go over proper form and technique for lifting weights and using weight machines in the gym. It is a HUGE misconception that if women lift they will become bulky and masculine looking. This is far from the truth! Lifting is just as important for women and helps to create a lean and toned physique.

 

The benefits of lifting are endless and you won’t become the hulk.

Lifting helps define the body, lengthen the muscles, increase metabolism, increase/maintain bone density, help with weight loss, and so much more!!!!
