The Snap Summer Slim Down Starts Here!
Join our Small Group Training Program and bring a friend free to all you sessions for any month this summer. Get you and your friend in beach body shape. Tone, build strength, and slim down, but overall improve your fitness level. You'll meet with one of our trainers when you begin to see exactly where your fitness level is now and then you can meet with that trainer 4 times a year to see your improvements which is all include in your membership.
OR join our next GET FIT CHALLENGE with our amazing trainer, Julia Dito. Julia will lead you through early morning intense workouts for 18 days over a three week period. Members GET FIT and get results. In our September session, every member who participated lost over an inch from their waistline. In our most resent session, one member, Bob, lost 9 pounds and over 2% points off his body fat percentage in just three weeks. Come sculpt your body and push yourself beyond your comfort level using HIIT, battle ropes, agility drills, BOSU, TRX suspension training, in addition a range of other strength and cardio conditioning exercises.
