It's that time of year again!! For some of us that means getting the year off to a great start focusing on our goals and setting up a plan to get there. Many of us have a dream or even a goal to reach this year. Often it is losing weight ( this could be anywhere from 5 pounds to more than a 100 pounds), "being healthier" or getting into better physical condition. Sometimes its striving to reach a new level of fitness. Many people reach out to us because they aren't quite sure how to achieve their goals.
