Training for an event or competition amps up motivation and accelerates results! Join the Snap Fitness platoon and compete in the Marines of the Palouse mud run, "The Few, The Proud, The Muddy!" on September 12th at 10am in St. John, WA!
Choose the 6-week or 4-week program and train 2x/week to unite as a team, transform your body, and prepare for the mud run obstacles! Basic Training is Tuesday/Thursday 5:15-6:15pm starting August 4th. Come in and see us for more details!
