We now offer a variety of classes in addition to our personal training packages:
THAIBOX TRAINING – Body weight resistance training that incorporates calisthenic exercises, plyometrics, core conditioning, boxing and Muay Thai movements.
ZUMBA – A fun and effective dance based workout. Interval type conditioning that uses fast and slow rhythms to deliver aerobic training while still working all the major muscle groups.
BOOTCAMPS – Mix a variety of exercise types to deliver a very effective and challenging total body workout. Kettlebell and TRX training also available!
CORE TRAINING – An intense and challenging workout designed to target the major muscles of the core.
Snap Fitness members enjoy 24/7 access to our conveniently located club, making it easier than ever to get into the gym. Our location is equipped with a full range of machine and free weights as well as a large selection of cardio equipment to meet all of your training needs. We offer friendly, affordable fitness with great service and no hassles. If you have not had a chance to visit our facility, we extend a warm welcome to you.
