- Step Combo: A high intensity step class that utilizes the latest step strategy and rhythm-based!
- Tuesdays 6:15pm
- Saturdays 8:00am
- Pump & Tone: Weight Train to music. This class will tone and stregthen all major muscle groups using body weight, dumbbells, and resistance bands!
- Saturdays 9:00am
- Muscular Strength & Range of Movement: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of chair exercises designed to increase muscuar strength and range of movement! This class will improve your ability to take on your daily activities. The class is designed for senior citizens and others with less agility. (Fall 2014)
