Hello Medina!  Time to get in shape for Spring!  Joining now for only $8.95 lets you have 24 hour access to our state of the art equipment and knowleageable and friendly staff. Finally, you will have a fitness club where YOU are in control of your membership; one that will strive to earn your business every month. We have certified personal trainers and the only 24/7 group exercise space in the community!

This innovative system brings you the best group fitness classes, led by the industry's best instructors, ready to go whenever you are! With just a touch of a button, you can choose from a number of fun, exciting, heart-pumping exercise videos like kickboxing, Latin dance, cycling, and more.

With Fitness On Demand, you choose your favorite class and it will automatically start at the designated time. The motorized screen will lower and the on-screen instructor starts the class. You now have the flexibility to take the classes you want, when you want!
