This is a high energy class full of callastenics and classic bootcamp style exercises designed to push you out of your comfort zone
Senior Yoga Stretch
A great way to experience the benefits of yoga and Pilates from the safety and security of your chair. This class offers both chair exercises and mat floor exercises for those participants comfortable in getting down to the floor.
Senior Cardio Kick Boxing
Designed for the more active more mature adult, a cardio workout combing aerobics, boxing, and martial arts punches and kicks. This total body workout will improve strength, coordination, flexibility and balance
