Getting into shape can be a difficult chalenge but if you have the courage, then we will help you find a way to win. Here at Snap Fitness Lilburn we have the knowledge, not opinions and we have the tools, not just the talk to help you reach your fitness goals.

Workouts of the Week (WOWs) are designed to test you and believe me they will. When you are ready to try a Snap Fitness Work out of the week we will test your agility, balance, coordination, endurance, speed and strength so check back each week for a different workout that mixes things up and keep things interesting.

 

 

Work Out of the Week             

Complete 4 sets 1min rest after each circuit
