January 6th starts our Slim Down Challenge. We have partnered with Get Fit Seymour again this year, and we are looking forward to seeing those individuals start on the path to a healthy lifestyle. If you are looking for a positive, clean workout environment, you have come to the right place.  We serve a diverse clientele, From the beginner who has made the decision to get healthy, to the Athlete looking to improve. We offer something for everyone!! Our SilverSneakers program is a great way to stay active and feel accomplished. Membership is only $29.95 per month for a single. We are now taking sign ups for our new BOOTCAMP experiences. No matter what fitness level you are or what your goals are, this total-body workout will get you there. Each session is one hour in length. They are on Tuesdays and Thuresdays starting at 7pm please join us for one free session. The cost is 12 sessions for $150 for members, $175 for non-members. We offer Piloxing and Piyo on Monday and Wednesday nights at 6:00p Piloxing is a fusion of standing Pilates, upper body boxing,and dance set to upbeat music gauranteed to get you moving. Piyo is a fusion between pilates and yoga set to a hip hop beat. Our certified trainer Leslie Cravens will assist you with al your fitness goals. These classes is for all ages and all fitness levels, men you are encouraged to participate. Piloxing will burn between 600 and 1200 calories in 1 hour depending on how hard you push yourself. Piyo is more of a fat burning muscle sculpting workout. you still burn 600-800 calories per class.  Core and More is offered on Thursday at 6:00p this is a fun and unique class, using every muscle group. We have fun and work hard!!!! All classes are free to members, and non members can try thier first class for free!! Each class after that is just 5.00 dollars.  

  Everyone has thier own reasons for getting healthy, at SNAP we want to see you succeed!! We have a variety of equipment, including machines, free weights, medicine balls, stability balls, arc trainers, treadmills, and more. Our members really do make the difference here. We are a family, everyone lifts each other up.
