At our gym in Keizer you will find the very best, and top of the line Personal Trainers which are N.A.S.M (National Acadamy of Sports Medicine) certified. Well seasoned in training youth all the way to Silver Sneakers in their late 80's. Stryder and Kimberly Davis will welcome you to the club and show you how to properly use the cardio and digital weight lifting equipment. If interested they will also do a fitness assisment to find your fitness score! Whats your number?
