GROUP TRAINING:  find your fit and stay fit with our outdoor & indoor full body strength & cardio workouts led by a Veteran Coach in a team like environment.  Monday, Wednesday, & Friday mornings at 5:30am, 7:30am, & 9am.  Click on our current specials page to try 2 classes for FREE! 

OPEN HOUSE: Friday March 13th, 9am-1pm.  Stop by to use our club & to see our Special membership offer!  Plus, free spinal assessment from Hartland Chiropractic & treat/coffee from This Great Coffee Place.
