Hello, my name is Tina Marzano and my ex husband Jim and I are the proud owners of the local Snap Fitness club in Gansevoort.
We're pleased to welcome a new certified Fitness Professional to the Snap Fitness family, Tom Blake.
Tom has some basic guidelines to share with our members as they begin to ask how they can work towards a fitter body in time for the summer:
1) DISCIPLINE is going to be the number one factor that will determine the majority of your results. You can choose to go to McDonald's because it's easy and convenient or you can go to the grocery store and take a little bit of time to prepare a nutritious meal. What you decide is ultimately up to you. But remember you get whatever you put into it.
