Yoga @ Snap Starts October 7th!
Hatha Yoga with Janette Adamyk
Relax your body and mind before bed. Counteract the stresses placed on your body by daily activities. Calming music and the candlelight glow soothes the soul?as you flow through various yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation. This hatha yoga class will gently tone, stretch and strengthen your entire body while releasing tension and restoring a sense of peace and tranquility to your being. A wonderful way to end the day. All levels welcome.

Beginners Yoga with Andrea Page
This class is ideal for those with little to no yoga experience. The beginners class will combine yoga essentials- proper breathing techniques, yoga postures, stretching and strengthening as well as relaxation and a short meditation at the end. Yoga has many wonderful benefits such as: reducing stress & improving sleep, calming the mind, improving digestion, circulation and immunity, and better posture, to name a few. Yoga is a low impact form of exercise that improves health and increases flexibility. It is a holistic way of energizing and integrating body, mind and spirit to improve overall well being.
