We will have the best equipment the industry have on the market: Matrix, Cybex and Octane. You will also see the newest technology in Personal Training: Fitness on Demand. It allows you to take advantage of fitness classes with a simple press of a button-all on your own time!
Each member will receive the following with their membership: Free webpage to track their fitness goals & usage of the gym; free fitness consultation with one of our Certified Fitness Trainer (Do you know your Fit Score?); and a free Nutrition consultation with our Certified Health & Nutrition Specialist to help you put your nutrition and exercise together. This is how we help each members reach their fitness goals!
