Owner's Welcome

This is to introduce our newest featured members, Ashley and Brett Amberson.   Ashley and Brett are long-time members, having joined in March 2011.  Prior to joining Snap, they had been exercising separately and only sporadically.  However, with their wedding coming up in just a few months, they decided to become “workout buddies” to get in better shape for the festivities.  The results that Ashley and Brett attained in a relatively short time are testimony to how having a supportive workout buddy increases success…and they both looked great at the time of their wedding!

Ashley and Brett have learned that maintaining consistency in each of their exercise efforts is an important factor in the success they have attained.  However, achieving scheduling consistency is difficult. Each of them has a very busy business life in addition to their family responsibilities.  Brett travels extensively out of town and reports his greatest challenges are integrating exercise time into his travel schedule and achieving the desired nutrition while on the road.  Ashley is diligent about putting time for exercise into her daily  schedule…knowing that even as her schedule must change she will be able to get four to five workouts completed each week.  The closeness of Snap to where they live and the 24/7 Snap availability is convenient to their busy lives!

Both Ashley and Brett have worked with our talented personal training staff here at Snap.  They have worked both individually and, most recently, as a couple…consistent with their support of each other as workout buddies.   Their workouts are productive both in results attained and lessons learned.  They have learned how to incorporate more variety into their individual workouts and also increased their focus on the important aspect of nutrition.

We look forward to helping Ashley and Brett continue to achieve their personal fitness goals.  Please join us in congratulating them when you see them in the club.

Snap Franchise of the year



At Snap Fitness we are all about helping our members get "results" and will give you the support you need to meet your fitness goals.  Each new membership includes a Free Score Session (this gives you a baseline to measure your future progress) and a Free Basic 8 Fitness Session (an orientation to the equipment to get you off to a great start.)  We are committed to your fitness success throughout the year, but especially getting started or re-started.

For our current members, if you have not had a "fitness score session" with one of our talented personal trainers in the past few months please speak with any staff member to schedule this important session.  This fitness score session will give each member a base line to help you increase your probability of success in achieving your goals.  Update your Fitness Score if you have not done so recently.

If you are not currently a member we encourage you to stop by the club for a tour and to accept our offer of a free trial membership to get you started.  Give us a call at 610-385-5555 to set a date and time to visit our club. 

Just a reminder about our group exercise classes...

We now have Fitness On Demand available 24/7 for each of our members.  There is a wide variety of video exercise classes that a member can select depending on her or his interests and exercise goals.  Many members are using these exercise videos along with an exercise "buddy" that makes the workout both productive and fun.  We also have added instructor-led group exercise classes (a small per class fee is charged to compensate the instructor) including Yoga, Zumba anda  higher intensity activity, Tabata. These group exercise classes are proving popular among our members.

To accelerate your results achievement we recommend that you add workouts with one of our talented personal trainers, Bob Kauffman, Teresa Conley, Adam Schanely or  Alicia Kofke.   Call us (610.385.5555) or email us (douglassville@snapfitness.com) and we will work with you to understand your goals and will  design a fitness program that is very results oriented.  We look forward to hearing from you!

With Fitness On Demand, you choose your favorite class and it will automatically start at the designated time. The motorized screen will lower and the on-screen instructor starts the class. You now have the flexibility to take the classes you want, when you want!
