This is to introduce our newest featured member, Cassie Dollard. Cassie is a relatively new member, having joined Snap in late January of this year after relocating to the area. She joined with specific goals in mind and has a laser-beam focus on achieving results. As Cassie got started here at Snap she recognized that she could get results faster with the help of a fitness professional. To that end, she began working with one of our talented personal trainers, Jarrod Bailey.
After her initial consultaion and Fitness Score Session, she and Jarrod designed a program that incorporated resistance and cardiovascular training, along with a revamping of her approach to nutrition. Her dedication to the execution of this program has produced significant results. Statistically, she has lost 20% of her body weight and reduced her body fat percent by 16 percentage points. Another measure of her success is how she feels about herself. She reports she now has more energy and has seen her stress level go down. Her ongoing motivation is fueled by her accomplishments to date and, as she puts it, "Very simply, I am enjoying feeling good!"
One of the biggest challenges that Cassie and Jarrod identified was her past bad habits...both in exercise and nutrition...and setting the plan to avoid them. Together they continue to challenge Cassie to do even more...to go beyond her comfort zone. She enjoys the challenges, meets them head-on and accomplishes them!
Beyond her individual workouts Cassie has also participated in our Zumba and Boot Camp fitness sessions...enjoying the group experience. She has found Snap to be a welcoming and supportive environment, citing positive interactions with both other members and the staff.
When not at Snap, Cassie works as a pediactric nurse, with primary focus on special needs children, at Owen J. Roberts French Creek Elementary School. Her giving nature comes through in what she does for others! Please join us in congratulating Cassie on her accomplishments.

Each new membership includes a Free Score Session (this gives you a baseline to measure your future progress) and a Free Basic 8 Fitness Session (an orientation to the equipment to get you off to a great start.) We are committed to your fitness success throughout the year, but especially getting started or re-started.
For our current members, if you have not had a "fitness score session" with one of our talented personal trainers in the past few months please speak with any staff member to schedule this important session. This fitness score session will give each member a base line to help you increase your probability of success in achieving your goals. Update your Fitness Score if you have not done so recently.

Just a reminder about our group exercise classes...
We now have Fitness On Demand available 24/7 for each of our members. There is a wide variety of video exercise classes that a member can select depending on her or his interests and exercise goals. Many members are using these exercise videos along with an exercise "buddy" that makes the workout both productive and fun. We also have added instructor-led group exercise classes (a small per class fee is charged to compensate the instructor) including Yoga, Zumba anda higher intensity activity, Tabata. These group exercise classes are proving popular among our members.
