Truth is, results are determined on a few factors.
First, your commitment. If you are only joining a health club because you think it's the right thing to do, then it will be a struggle to see results. If you are joining a health club because you are determined to get into the shape that you want, then you are on the right track!
Second, you have to have a plan and be committed to the process. If your plan is to get on the treadmill and start there, you may lose interest quickly and not see results. Your plan should be to quickly seek advice from a pro, then map out a daily plan based on their instruction. From there, do not stop.....stay committed and you will succeed.
Lastly, don't be afraid to try something new. A treadmill is an easy place to start, but it's not the best place to start. Keep an open mind, listen to your trainer and don't stop until you get to the finish line.
