We also boast seven knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced personal trainers. Our personal trainers will custom-design programs to fit your personal training needs.

BOOT CAMP EXPRESS with Kristin - Monday and Thursday mornings 6:00am - 6:30am This is a fast-paced, exciting total body workout for men and woman. $12 drop in fee, 10 sessions for $100
CIRCUIT TRAINING with Kristin Monday and Thursday mornings 9:30am - 10:30am overall total body workout that is always changing! $12 drop in fee 10 sessions for $100
BOOT CAMP with Kristin Monday and Thursday evenings, 6pm.-7pm. $12 drop in fee 10 sessions for $100. All are welcome regardless of your ability beginner to advanced. Its fun, its fast its a blast.
TRX Classes with Gina: resistance training that uses your own body weight to strengthen your core, improve your balance and flexibilityand increase youyr joint and muscle strength. $55 for 5 - 1 hour classes. Tuesdays 9am to 10am, Wednesdays 6:30pm to 7:30 pm and Saturdays 9:30am to 10:30am. Max 4 per class.
