 Important Fitness Class Reminders

1. Bring your own water bottle.  There is no water in the studio.  Water can be purchased from the gym vending machine.

2. Yoga Only: Classes may last over 1 hour.  Bring your own full length floor mat.  Smaller mats are available for use in the studio.

 

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

TOTAL BODY BLAST- From cardio intervals to body sculpting drills, this is a high-energy mix of some of your favorite formats in one. Think of it as a Happy Hour Mix of Fitness for All!

 

Dancercise Each workout blends dance and muscle toning movements choreographe to today’s hottest music.  Our instructors make all the routines fun and easy to follow.   Every class begins with a gentle warm up, aerobic workout, muscle toning and a final stretch.

 

Yoga Stretch & Tone: This all levels yoga class will include a series of active poses to improve flexibility, strength, and balance while at the same time including meditation techniques to help reduce stress and tension.  Modifications are provided to ensure a safe and enjoyable class for everyone.

 

Power CORE: An abdominal workout that zeros in on the core muscles of the back and the abdomen, with the goal to tone, strengthen, and define.

 

Zumba: It’s a fitness party! With a variety of dances to move you, including Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, and Quebradita, this high-energy, low-impact class is a blast! Put on your dancing shoes and get ready to have some fun.

 

Step & Tone: Interval training alternating body sculpt moves and aerobic excercises on the step. The ultimate body-shaping, fat-burning, and strength training class to hit the fitness center!
