Owner's Welcome

Our 24 hours access fitness club is always ON for you!

Free weights, group fitness, tanning, stacked weight machines, and showers.

We have a full group fitness schedule with many different Les Mills classes as well as Bootcamps, Personal trainers, Small group personal training and Zumba!

GRIT IS HERE! The 8 week Body Tranformation program that is the hottest fitness trend in the WORLD right now, diet and coaches included, so many of our participants have seen rapid results!

Youth programs inculde our Rising Athletes programs and High School GRIT.

Our Les Mills classes being offered currently are Bodypump, Bodycombat, CXWORX,  Body Attack, and Bodyflow.

We also have Fitness on Demand which is a touch screen program that provides you with over a hundred classes to choose from to project onto our 10 ft screen.

Our fitness center is here to help you with your RESULTS. To help you get there faster, our club proudly offers Fitness On Demand. This innovative system brings you the best group fitness classes, led by the industry's best instructors, ready to go whenever you are! With just a touch of a button, you can choose from a number of fun, exciting, heart-pumping exercise videos like kickboxing, Latin dance, cycling, and more.

With Fitness On Demand, you choose your favorite class and it will automatically start at the designated time. The motorized screen will lower and the on-screen instructor starts the class. You now have the flexibility to take the classes you want, when you want!
