Bio:

I grew up in the Traverse City area where my love for water and outdoor activities started. I played volleyball and softball up through high school, swam and went tubing in the summer, as well as cross country skied and hiked in the winter. My background is in team sports but I now enjoy a wide variety of physical activities including kayaking, playing softball, weight lifting, jogging outside, snowshoeing, and rollerblading. Aside from fitness my passions include cooking/baking, visit my family “up north” whenever possible, and sending love letters and care packages to my Marine.

 

Training Philosophy:

As a fitness advocate, my mission is to help you understand the benefits and joys of living an active and healthy life. I want to help you find a form of fitness that you enjoy. I cannot wait to work with you on a program that gets you results as well as excites you!
