I am the fitness manager and personal trainer here at Snap Fitness Forest Hills Ave. I am married and have both a beautiful wife and a two year old daughter. I enjoy running, biking and playing all sports. My mission is to help men and women reach their goals, and to produce a positive attitude towards exercise to change their lives for the better. I would love to assist all of our members and potential members with any needs or questions they may have. Working at Snap Fitness is very rewarding and fulfilling for me as I watch and help others achieve their fitness goals. I look forward to assist you in your fitness endeavors!

My husband and I joined Snap Fitness about 2 months ago. Off and on over the years I have tried to workout at home using workout videos, telling myself I would rather workout in the privacy of my own home. Feeling a little intimidated, I was reluctant to join a fitness center. Much to my surprise, I love Snap Fitness! It is very accommodating, affordable, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is perfect for me!
