Boot Camp 101

Achieve in a group what is hard to do alone! Our certified Fitness Professional leads a small group through a twice-weekly, 12-week intense total-body workout program. Expect quick results from routines that encompass the three key areas of fitness-cardio, strength and flexibility.
Boot Camp 101 is for everybody - classes are offered at both beginner and intermediate levels.

Give your young athlete the competitive edge by learning to work out in a safe non-competitive environment which will include proper: warm-ups, body stabilization, speed, agility, quickness, core, power, flexibility, and strengthening. Sports nutritional guidance provided. Your young athlete will excel in his/her sport. Ages 7-18. Class taught by Certified Personal Trainer Alex D.

Our Intro to Fitness package is for members who want help putting together a roadmap to better fitness but aren't ready to make a big commitment to personal training.
We'll teach you the basics of cardio, strength and flexibility through a custom-designed fitness program.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, build endurance or recover quicker from injury, partnering with a Fit Pro will help you get the most from your workouts and achieve noticeable results faster.

Zumba
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be fun and exhilarating! It’s the latest craze. Class taught by Zumba Certified Monica on Sunday 9am, Tues/Thurs 7pm. Join the party!!!
Yoga
Traditional and heated yoga taught by Dolian on Saturday at 9am, Monday 8:15am, Tuesday at 8:00pm.
Youth Boot Camp
Bring your teens in to work with Alex Dilone. He's been developing area athletes for years! He can make your athlete become the leader in his sport or event. Join him on Thursdays 4:00pm.
TRX Fusion
TRX Fusion
All the stars and professional athletes are doing TRX. Come experience total body suspension and make your body your machine. TRX uses your own body weight to increase strength, endurance, stability, and flexibility. This class is as hard as you want to make it; which makes it perfect for beginners as well as the advanced athlete. The NBA, NFL, MLB, MLS, and college/university competitive sporting organizations are training with TRX. Don't be left behind. Experience the joy of suspension training.
Class taught by TRX Certified Esther, Master Personal Trainer on Monday/Wednesday at 6:00pm and 7;00pm.
Heated Yoga
Heated Yoga
Yoga for Hot Bodies! Come to a warm and friendly vinyasa style yoga. The room will be heated to a comfortable 80-95 degrees to allow the body to relax. Your hot body will lengthen, strengthen, and detoxify without the excessive stress of overheating. Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, towel, and dress lightly. Class taught by Dolian.

Go Russian! Come experience the craze of Kettlebells. If you want to become leaner and more powerful, this class is for you. Learn how to properly use Kettlebells in this intense bootcamp style workout. Discover the advantage of quick fat loss with a Kettlebell workout. Class taught by Certified Personal Trainer, Cheri B on Tues/Thurs at 7:00pm.
