Intro To PT

Our Intro to Fitness package is for members who want help putting together a roadmap to better fitness but aren't ready to make a big commitment to personal training.
We'll teach you the basics of cardio, strength and flexibility through a custom-designed fitness program.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, build endurance or recover quicker from injury, partnering with a Fit Pro will help you get the most from your workouts and achieve noticeable results faster.

Boot Camp

Join us on Monday nights at 7:30 for Boot Camp. A cardio intense workout that will make you stronger and increase your indurance! Ask the club about pricing!
Workout with a friend and save $150.00!

Do you need someone to push you just that extra little bit? Then workout with a buddy. Our personal trainer can create a program that you and your friend can do together. With this motivation and guidance from our trainer, you will see faster better results!
