While my six clubs vary in size and markets, I believe they all showcase the Snap brand very proudly and they connect with our consumer base. The first ones were built on the friendly/convenience/affordability maxims. Now we’re working hard to move their club culture into a results-driven environment. The Kingwood club in Texas is located in a well-established, upper-class community. This brings a solid economic market and more competition. The Texas’ rural club has been very successful since it offers a top-line equipment, FOD, WOR, MyZone, etc. in a market that had no previous local options.
I'm proud of having a solid corporate background, I wasn’t sure those skills will translate into small business management. This is a simple yet very detailed-oriented business. But the best moments comes when you see your vision materialize in all aspects — people and financially. Some of my best decisions have been the managerial opportunities I have given to key people have helped them grow. My proudest moment will be when I get to profitable 12 clubs!
