David Newby

I am an American Strength & Fitness certified personal trainer. I have been involved in fitness for the majority of my life. I was trained by a Nationally ranked powerlifting champion as an adolesent. This lead me to compete in several sports including wrestling and football where I became an All American, and competed at the collegiate level. I am currently an NPC competitive bodybuilder. I have worked with trainees of all levels, from first time lifters to collegiate atheletes, as well as national level powerlifters and professional fighters. My background has equipped me with the ability to assist anyone in accomplishing their goals.
