 Hello,

My name is Noel and I have worked for Snap Fitness since May 2008. I love working here because I get to talk to so many people daily. I have many members tell me how they like the Snap set up.

I am a mother of 2 active boys. My boys are active but, I am still working to get the weight off. Working for Snap has given me the interest again to workout.

I am also studying to become a personal trainer. I look forward to helping people with the same concerns and questions as I do now. I will answer any questions that I can for you.

All of us here at Snap Fitness look forward to seeing you soon!

Be Well,

Noel

Being fit and healthy is important to me and I would like to share that with any of our members here at Snap Fitness.  Working at Snap helps to keep me motivated and seeing others succeed in their fitness goals is inspiring.

So if there is anything I and do to help you, let me know.

Be Well,

Stacy

Why did you become a member of Snap Fitness?  To get in better shape and lose weight.  I joined with me husband to spend some time together working on healthy habits together.  We both are now in the best shape of our lives.

Tell us your secrets that keep you coming back:  I love to workout.  The feeling of sweeting and jogging in a natural high.  I leave the gym feeling like I can do anything.  I can run faster and longer than when I was 18 years old and that is a wonderful feeling.

What is your weekly workout schedule?  4 to 5 days a week varying 60-90 minutes of intense treadmill programs.

What has been your biggest change since you started working out at Snap?  I lost 30 pounds and 22 inches.  My energy and stamina level has increased immensely.  I found out how much I live to exercise.

One thing we need to know about you?  I used to be a couch potato and now if I don’t workout it is unusual.  I actually look forward to my workouts.

Additional Comments:  I push myself to give it 100% each workout but if I have a slow night it is ok.  I don’t beat myself up about it.  I just give it 110% the next workout.  I am going to run a 5k this spring, a 10k by fall and a half marathon in 2012.  I am very excited to finally have a fitness goal.

What is one thing we need to know about you? Had 5 stints put in, massive heart attack, pace maker installed in April.  My Doctor is amazed at my recovery.  I am very pleased.  In April, I was in for stints, complications caused a massive heart attack.  I was in coma about 2 weeks and a pace maker was added.  Total stay was 39 days.  I could not move, even lift my hands and arms.  I had to be fed and cared for.  I went through physical therapy at St. Luke’s in Milwaukee.  When released I continued at Aurora in Fond du Lac.  A terrific nurse (Laura) encouraged me through that painful process.  Aurora got me off my walker and over to Snap Fitness where I enthusiastically continue my conditioning today.  I have announced my retirement as of January 2nd, ending my 20 year career with Wal-Mart, last position as Market Manager (former District Manager), overseeing operations of the 12 stores in this immediate area.  This means more time at Snap Fitness to prepare myself physically & mentally to enjoy many more years of happiness with my wife Holly and Family.
