Stephanie Atkinson, Manager/ Personal Trainer

  I have been with Fishers Snap Fitness since August 2007.  I graduated from Indiana Wesleyan with a Bachelors in Exercise Science. I received my Personal Training Certification through ACE.

My expertise includes weight training, nutrition, and sports training.

Barry Krauss

When the staff approached Barry Krauss and asked him how he felt about being a member at SNAP Fitness, this is what he had to say…

 

Because of SNAP Fitness, I am having the BEST year of my life!

 

Snap Fitness not only gives me a clean gym with the best equipment, it also gives me the flexibility and opportunity to workout anytime I want.  Along with all of that, as if that were not enough, Snap Fitness has Satellite TV which allows me, as a Broadcaster for the NFL and Sideline Reporter for Alabama Football, to prep for my job, while getting my workout in.  But it keeps getting better…

 

Because of the convenience of Snap Fitness, I have increased my focus and commitment to working out and keeping my body in its best condition. My results since joining Snap Fitness are: I am working out more, increased muscle mass and increased self esteem. 

 

As a former defensive player for the Indianapolis Colts, instead of hearing comments like “you've lost some weight – haven’t you” to “hey, you've put on some size – you look like you could still be playing.”  Because of comments like these I feel better, which in turn has allowed me to bring back consistency and focus to my workouts, thus, giving me back my self esteem and confidence.

Roger Tennyson

Roger Tennyson is 49 years old, single, with 2 teenage children.  He works as an Investment Advisor Rep. for Metlife Resources. Roger is one of Snap Fitness- Fishers First 50 Charter members!  He joined Snap Fitness because he wanted to get in better shape, since running 10 miles+ per week alone was not enough.  Roger likes the 24 hr. access, equipment, quiet atmosphere, and helpful staff.

Sandy Davasher

    Sandy Davasher has been a member of Snap Fitness since January 2007.  It was not until the following year that she came to me for some extra help to shed those last 10 lbs.  She has been working with me ever since dabbling in both personal training and the boot camp class.  I am amazed at how she has progressed.  She is beautifully toned, has kept her weight off and her strength has improved drastically.

Lets hear what she has to say about her experience with Snap Fitness and Personal Training...

"I have exercised all my life, and stayed in relatively good shape. Between the ages 40-50 I gradually gained weight (from 110 to 129) and could not take it off no matter what I did.   I was at the point I was just going to have to accept it as middle age and there was nothing I could do about it.   :(

 

In late January, 2008, I invested in Stephanie and her skills as a personal trainer.   I cannot believe my results.   We have made steady progress every month, both weight loss and turning fat into muscle.   I have lost 11 pounds, 7% body fat and gone from a tight size 6 to a 2 petite, or size 0!

 

It has taken her skills and knowledge, and my commitment of 3 x's week plus cardio to be successful.

 

I'll be 51 this year and in the best shape of my life!"
