Ron F.

Ron F. came to Snap Fitness in June of 2007 after 20 years of membership at Fitness USA. During his 20 years at F-USA, Ron gained a total of 40 lbs and sported a 38" waistline.

Fast forward 10 months later to April of 2008--Ron has lost 35 lbs and now has a 32" waistline. He credits his success at Snap to regular attendance, a healthy diet and the convenience of the club. He considers himself "a work in progress."

He has been so pleased with his experience at Snap Fitness-Ferndale that he recently took advantage of Snap's 18 month prepaid bonus plan. Ron received 6 months free with his plan and will be at Snap through the summer of 2010.
