Welcome to Snap Fitness of El Dorado Hills! Snap Fitness hosts El Dorado County's only 24/7 fitness and training facilities for both men and women. The owners of the EDH club, Cynthia and Bob Breazeale, work hard to help individuals of all ages and abilities feel comfortable as they work on their health goals. We feature the highest quality Cybex strength and cardio equipment which is ergonomically designed to provide a powerful workout while minimizing negative impact on the body's joints. We provide outstanding personal training and nutritional counseling services. Our environment is designed to uphold the values we believe in - balance, integrity, honesty, respect, and fun.
