January's Member of the Month: Beth Dunton!
When Beth joined us back in September her goal was to lose 30-40 pounds. She says, ”I wanted to lose the extra ‘ME’ I had accumulated.” It wasn’t easy at first. “When I first started running I would feel like I had tree trunks for legs and my arms were so heavy, I had to hang on to the treadmill!” But she kept at it and has lost 23 pounds so far! “It’s amazing,” Beth says, “When I exercise everything in my life is lighter and brighter!” When asked about her favorite part of being a member of SNAP Fitness her response was, ”I love the staff, the location and convenience and the positive feeling of the place. And it truly feels like it’s “My Gym!”
