Jay Cattron - Personal Fitness Professional / Manager

As a Snap Fitness professional my objective is to provide all my clients and Snap fitness members with a Safe and Structured strength and conditioning program to help benefit and promote a healthy lifestyle.

With a healthy lifestyle paired with proper nutrition and being physically active you will reduce the chance of chronic disease and live a more fulfilling, long lasting life.

As manager of Snap Fitness, I want to be sure our members are enjoying the gym and their fitness goals are met. Being accessible to our members is very important to me. One of the advantages of Snap Fitness is it's accessibility. We are always here for you. 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Since joining Snap Fitness at the beginning of November we have lost a total of 90 pounds between the two of us. We have done this by using both diet and exercise.
