BOOTCAMP (Feb. 20th- Mar. 30th)

BOOTCAMP bridges the gap between gym membership and personal training. Our program is designed for all fitness levels, you choose your intensity level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced). Our professional Certified Personal Trainers create upper body, lower body, total body, and cardio workouts.
Next 6 week session starts Feb. 20th!

TRX BODY BLAST TEAM (Jan. 17 - Feb. 17)

TRX Suspension Training is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. You can safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.
People of all fitness levels are improving their performance and their bodies with TRX.

Express Fitness

Looking to get in shape and feel great, but don't have a lot of time for the gym?

Fit-to-Wed

Look great for that special day! Whether you're in the white dress or a supporting role, it's important to look your best. Our Fit-to-Wed Training package allows you to work one-on-one with a Fit Pro on a specialized program to help you slim down, tone up and boost energy.
This 12-week program focuses on the areas you want to work on the most - the core, back, shoulders, thighs and glutes - along with cardio so that you'll be ready to dance the night away.
