BODY SCULPT: Body sculpt is all about muscle conditioning. It's a total body workout focusing on all major muscle groups. This low weight, high repetition work-out is great for toning muscles and will increase muscle endurance. Exercises are often multi-joint with functional purposes.
$ BOOT CAMP: Bootcamp bridges the gap between gym membership and personal training. Our program is designed for all fitness levels, you choose your intensity level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced). Our professional Certified Personal Trainers create upper body, lower body, total body, and cardio workouts. This is an indoor/outdoor class. You must pre-register for this class. Bootcamp registrants can attend as many classes per week as desired. If you miss a start date, you can always jump in late at a prorated price.
BUTTS & GUTS: Want buns of steel and rock hard abs?? Join us and that’s exactly what you will have! By mixing up your workouts, you will strengthen different muscles you never knew you had! We will be using different techniques using floor exercises, incorporating steps, weights, and more!
CARDIO KICKBOXING: Develop new skills and a strong core as you burn a ton of calories in this fierce but fun kickboxing class. Easy-to-follow combinations of upper-body strikes, blocks and athletic drills make up this killer cardio workout.
CORE CONDITIONING: 55 minutes of moves designed to strengthen and tone the abdominals, obliques, and lower back. The goal is to improve functional ability, control, power and coordination. The class will ultimately improve the body's overall functional strength, balance and coordination while toning and reshaping.
DANCE FIT: This is a fitness class where you will not even realize that you are working out. Combining popular and fun music with jazz/hip-hop style, you'll be burning-up calories as your burning-up the dance floor. You'll get totally toned, as all major muscle groups are targeted.
FIT CAMP: This class combines cardio, weight training, and plyometrics that is assured to give you a great work-out. This class is very energetic and creates great variety to keep exercise exciting. So you decide… are you ready to take your fitness to the next level?
FULL BODY BLAST: Develop strength, tone muscles, and enhance your quality of life in this circuit based class. Full Body Blast will utilize Body Bars, BOSU Balance Trainers/Ballast Balls, Dumbbells, and your own body weight to achieve the perfect workout!

PILATES: Pilates is an innovative and safe system of mind-body exercise using a floor mat or a variety of equipment. It evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates and can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, capable of creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. (Yeah, we know – who doesn’t want that?). Please bring your own mat.
SPARTAN F.I.T. (FullBody Interval Training): If your looking for a class that has it all, look no further. This one hour class is for every fitness level, from the beginner to the seasoned MSU athlete. Two workouts in one combine circuits of strength training along with intervals of cardio drills that will ensure the most intense full body workout. Be ready to sweat, work hard, and get tough....Don't mess with the SPARTANS!!!
TOTAL BODY: This class consists of a 25 minute cardio conditioning. After you condition your body, then we will spend 15 minutes targeting the strength of your body and 15 minutes targeting your abs. This class is the total body workout.
$ TRX BODY BLAST TEAM: TRX Suspension Training is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. You can safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. People of all fitness levels are improving their performance and their bodies with TRX.
VINYASA YOGA: Vinyasa in sanskrit means "flow". In this yoga class, we explore the expansion and depth of ujjayi breath and challenge our mind, body and spirit by exploring postures (asana) and building heat. The practice is over 5,000 years old and has the infinite potential to enable practitioners to find a connection between the physical and the deeper pieces of Self. I invite students of all levels to give it a try-- every posture has a modification or variation to help you find your personal edge. Non-judgment and an open mind are the only pre-requisites. Please bring your own mat.
YOLATES: Combining the endurance and flexibility enhancing elements of Yoga with the core strengthening and mind/body awareness principles of Pilates, this class is truly the best of both worlds! Please bring your own mat.
ZUMBA: ZUMBA fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a workout that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Throw in some Latin flavor and international zest, and you’ve got ZUMBA!
