As the new owners of the Snap Fitness Club in Douglassville (as of June 19, 2008) we are excited to be beginning our relationship with each of the members of the club. We promise to do all that we can to continue to provide a fitness environment that is second to none… a fitness experience that is best for all members as well as for the Douglassville and Amity Township communities. From the initial conversations with the members we have met, it is encouraging to learn that the club has been consistently meeting our members' fitness needs since opening in January 2008.
We have learned a great deal about the club and its operation from the past owners, who worked closely with us during the period of transition. We will coninue to focus great attention to detail and to providing great customer service. We value the individual inputs and suggestions of our members. We want to learn how to make the fitness experience at Snap Fitness even better. After all, this club exists only to serve its members!
Our staff continues to provide the friendly, helpful and professional services our members have come to expect. They have been major contributors to the successful growth of the club during its first months of operation. They are committed to helping our members achieve success in their fitness program, in whatever way they can, in a clean and bright environment. We want the members to continue to reach out to us and to the staff with any questions or comments they might have concerning the equipment use, developing a customized personal training program or administrative details on their membership.
We appreciate having the opportunity to help our members achieve their fitness goals. We live close by...only 15 minutes from the club and are spending a lot of time at the club. We are also getting more involved in the local Douglassville and Amity Township communities. We look forward to meeting each of our current members and to welcoming new members to the club.
AJ Hoffman
As a personal training professsional, AJ is a key member of our staff. He works with many of our members to help them achieve their fitness goals though cardio workouts, weight/resistance training, nutritional consulting and supportive follow-up. He regularly receives very positive plaudits and testimonials from members who have worked with him.
AJ is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) and is a NPTI Master certified personal trainer. In additon, he is both CPR and First Aid certified. He has successfully trained hundreds of clients employing his skills to motivate his clients to train hard and stick to their workout schedule.
Besides working directly with his personal training clients on indiividual fitness programs, AJ is often found in the club responding to members' questions on how to improve their exercise techniques or how to use a certain piece of exercise equipment. His willingess to share his extensive exercise knowledge is appreciated by all. AJ also conducts regular oreintations for new members on how to use the facilities of the club to improve both cardio and weight/resistance results.
Britanny Nelson
Brittany is a full-time student at Ursinus College in addition to being a key member of the staff since the club opened in January 2008. She is well versed in all aspects of the club operation and enjoys presenting the club to prospective members. Members and prospects alike comment on her enthusiasm and good nature as she helps keep the club in a pristine condition for all to enjoy. Brittany says that having a job that enables her to have both a business and a social interaction with the members and the prospects in right in line with her being a "people person."
