You can get a free fitness assessment, during which your cardio health, strength and flexibility are tested. Plus, they’ll help you with a workout and nutrition program that’s right for you. Others typically charge $100 for this service and it’s totally free for you if your club offers personal training. And if the assessment is not available, take advantage of your free instruction and workout plan. In addition to providing you tips and ideas to help you get achieve results, a Fitness Professional can also give you details about a variety of low-priced personal training packages designed for your specific needs.
