Mission

To help people identify and reach their desired goals and make the lifestyle changes needed to maintain their results. 

Education

I grew up as a chubby child- overweight, but not obese.  Like many, I knew little about fitness and nutrition and was very susceptible to misinformation provided by the media.  After years of yo-yo diets and working hard but seeing little to no change, I decided that I needed to learn what I was doing wrong and how to fix it.  I've always had a passion for gymnastics and unconventional training.  I like to challenge myself, as well as others, around me to become better.  Another one of my passions is food.  Diet and exercise are such an integral part of my life because I love to eat.  I do my best to maintain a balance in order to live a healthy lifestyle.             

Experience

After receiving my Personal Trainer certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), I've worked on educating clients about the fundamentals of weight loss and lifestyle change.  I'm currently pursuing a certification as a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant through ACE as well as a degree in Dietetics in the hope to eventually become a Registered Dietitian. 

Interests

Dance - Breakdance, Hip Hop, Latin Dance, Food - I love to cook and bake, Interactive video games (i.e. Rock Band, Guitar Hero, Dance Dance), anime and soccer.

Boot Camp 101

It takes consistency to get results. Boot Camp 101 is just the class to keep you motivated and on track.

Achieve in a group what is hard to do alone! Our certified Fitness Professional leads a small group through a twice-weekly, 12-week intense total-body workout program. Expect quick results from routines that encompass the three key areas of fitness-cardio, strength and flexibility.

Boot Camp 101 is for everybody - classes are offered at both beginner and intermediate levels.

Intro To PT

Our Intro to Fitness package is for members who want help putting together a roadmap to better fitness but aren't ready to make a big commitment to personal training.

We'll teach you the basics of cardio, strength and flexibility through a custom-designed fitness program.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, build endurance or recover quicker from injury, partnering with a Fit Pro will help you get the most from your workouts and achieve noticeable results faster.

Express Fitness

Looking to get in shape and feel great, but don't have a lot of time for the gym?

With the Express Fitness program from Snap Fitness, you'll achieve the results you want through personalized instruction and shorter sessions to help you get in, get motivated and get out in a flash!

Start on your own with a quick warm up. Then, your Fit Pro will take you through a strength training routine specifically developed to reach your precise fitness goals. Next you'll get your heart pumping with a specific cardio routine designed for maximum calorie burning. Finally, take a few minutes to cool down and stretch and you're on your way in less than an hour.

Most Express Fitness packages consist of two sessions per week for 12 weeks, giving you flexibility in your exercise schedule.

Hard Core

Looking to flatten your abs? Build a stronger back, improve balance, and get greater overall strength?

With the Hard Core group training package from Snap Fitness, you'll achieve your goals through small group sessions that help you strengthen, tone and define your midsection.

Start with a quick tutorial from your Fit Pro to understand the importance of strengthening your core to improve your overall fitness. Next, push yourself through a power-building core workout. Finally, take a few minutes to cool down, stretch and discuss additional exercises to help improve posture and relieve back pain and stress.

Hard Core is offered in 6 and 12 week sessions, with the average program taking place 2-3 times each week for around 25-50 minutes per day.
