Meet Our Staff

Our staff is dedicated to answering all of your questions, and making your workout experience an enjoyable one.

Lauren Ponder

Lauren is a graduate of Saint Louis University and Lindenwood University.  She has a BA in Communication Technology and Dance.  Along with helping staff the club, she is coaching a dance team, and working on continuing her dance education.  She is excited to continue to help out at the club while she is dancing. 

Sean Poricelli

I have lived in Denver on and off for 20 years. I have lived all over the world and feel very fortunate to live here in Colorado.  I have 2 amazing kids, a son who is a 17 and a daughter who is 8.  We do as much as we can outside together from hiking to camping to boating.  After being in the fashion industry for many years I started being a make up artist for TV and print at the Oscars and Emmy's for many celebrities.  My job takes me to wonderful places but when here I enjoy being at the gym,  Fitness has always been a corner stone in my life.  First for my head, second for my body! I am very excited to be a part of the Snap Team.  If you have any questions please let me know.  I look forward to meeting all of you.
