Cristi Sims - Manager

I am excited to be a part of the Snap Fitness family here in Davidson.   I am a Lake Norman native and mother of three beautiful children.   I have been selling Real Estate for the past 9 years.   I obtained a minor in Dance, along with a B.S. in Marketing Management.  My passion for health and fitness led me to obtain my Personal Trainer Certification in 2001.  One of my favorite things, is to see people make a commitment to their health and work to better their lives.

Jason Farmer - Manager

At age 21, I began lifting weights for the first time and became hooked. I’ve since continued and expanded my own personal program  to include jogging, biking and various anaerobic workout drills. After receiving  my degree in Dec. of 2004 I worked as a Personal Trainer for three years with clients of all ages, ailments and abilities. I recently moved to Davidson and am enjoying meeting the people and being a part of a nice neighborhood gym with two great owners.

BILL RUSSELL

Amie, I want you to know how much I am enjoying working-out at Snap Fitness.

 

About 1979 I was first introduced to Nautilus-type equipment by a next-door neighbor in Up-state New York. He had just won the title of Mr. America for body- building.

 

Based on his recommendation I joined a fitness club and learned the correct and safe way to workout. Since then I have belonged to fitness clubs everywhere I have lived (including overseas). Just for the record I am an elderly gentleman and have never had a bodybuilding objective _ just good physical fitness. Over the years the equipment has changed and improved. Your selection of Cybex equipment is superb. It “works” for me!

 

Snap Fitness is convenient (close to home), the best equipment, membership is very reasonable (and capped), and the facility is modern and clean with great ambience.

 

My orientation with Marie was very professional and we set some achievable goals.I plan to be there about every day alternating walking and light- weight training.

 

I am delighted to meet you and your staff.

Since joining Snap Fitness at the end of April (that's not even 2 months yet), I have lost 15 lbs. I visit the gym every day at lunch with a friend for weight training, and almost every evening with my wife to get my heart rate going for a while. Before I joined Snap, I always thought it would be hard to keep myself motivated enough to go to a health club every day, but since joining, I find it more difficult to keep myself AWAY. I haven't felt this good in years. Everyone on the staff has been great, you always make us feel welcome, and like part of the big Snap family. Thanks for everything!

I have worked with many trainers over the years. All have been very good and have had their areas of expertise. As you know, I recently completed a series of training sessions with Heidi Nyquist, and I could not have been more pleased with the results that Heidi helped me obtain. Over 15 pounds of weight loss, 8% reduction in body fat and many inches have melted away. I feel I reached these results because Heidi listened to my needs and devised training programs continuously throughout the training period to help me reach my objectives.  Of all the trainers I have used at many different gyms, I feel Heidi excels beyond comparison because she understood my goals and focused on what I wanted, not what she wanted to do for the day. 

Thank you Snap Fitness and to Heidi for creating a new me! I will use Heidi again and would highly recommend her to any member of Snap Fitness.
