Smart Start
The first 6 weeks of a training program are the most crucial. This is where habits are created; the foundation is set, and usually the time when you see the most change in your body composition. Often people will experience more progress in the first 6 weeks than they do in the following 3 months. Don’t leave this critical period to chance. Let our Fitness Professionals guide you, maximize your results, and create healthy habits right from the start. The Smart Start program will set you up for long term success.
Weightloss
This is our most popular package. If you have 10-25 pounds to lose, this is a good package for you. We all want a miracle solution or a quick fix, but it doesn’t exist. You are so close to your goal and having the body that you want. Do it right, let a Fitness Professional get you to your goal with a program that you can use for life. Take the time; make the investment to finally get rid of that last 10-25 pounds once and for all. On this program, your Fitness Professional will design a 12-week program for you, so that you know what you should be doing every single day over the next 12 weeks. You will work with your trainer 2x per week during this period and follow your plan during the other 5 days per week, reporting back to the trainer on a regular basis as you complete the plan. You will be weighed and measured on a consistent basis so that adjustments can be made if necessary. The weekly accountability ensures that no time is wasted; we will maximize your 12-weeks for the best possible weightloss. If you follow your plan, listen to the trainer, show up for your appointments, and use your Easyfit daily as recommended by the trainer, we guarantee you will get to your goal!
Transformation
Are you ready to transform your life? If yes, then this package is for you. If you have 25-50 pounds to lose, this program is the one for you. This type of transformation requires a commitment. You have chosen to change your life and our Fitness Professionals will make sure that happens. Follow their advice, stick to the plan they will develop for you, and you will be enjoying your new body in no time. On this program, your Fitness Professional will plan your success month by month over the next 6 months. You will meet with your trainer twice per week for a 50-60 minute workout. On the other 5 days per week, your trainer will provide you with a detailed plan of exactly what you should be doing. During the next 6 months, you will be measured and weighed on a regular basis, your meal plan will be reviewed regularly, and you will be given specific goals on a weekly basis. You will have ongoing phone and email support between sessions should you have questions or for those rough patches when you need support and nutritional/exercise advice. If you follow our recommendations, stick to the guidelines provided, use your Easyfit daily as recommended by your trainer, we guarantee your results.
Boxing
Burn 800-1000 calories per hour with our fitness boxing program. Boxing has become synonymous with great physiques and overall power. Gain confidence and strength, while toning and fat burning with two time world champion boxer, Bonnie Mann. Boxing is an exciting and non-traditional way to get to your goals. Individual and group sessions available for fitness boxing.
Tighten & Tone
Choose this package if you don’t have a lot of fat to burn, but you are looking to tighten up your body, define your muscles, and generally improve your appearance. This package is great if you are at or within 5 pounds of your goal weight or you just need to increase your lean mass by a few pounds.
Fit 4 U
Fit 4 U is designed to help you reach your goals, whether you want to lose weight, gain strength, tone up, build mass, or rehab an injury. Fit 4 U is a group personal training program designed for individuals with some level of experience in the fitness center. After a complimentary fitness assessment, a certified personal trainer will develop your program for you based on your individual goals and abilities. Join with a group or we will build a group for you. Everyone will work at their own level with their own individual programs. Fit 4 U allows you to receive a personalized workout guided by a fitness professional at a fraction of the cost. Small group personal training provides accountability, motivation, education, and a lot of fun.
If you are interested in Fit 4 U, but do not have any experience in the fitness center, contact us about an Intro to PT package, which will prepare you for this program.
Build my Body
This package is designed for men or women that would like to increase their muscle mass. Whether you want to tone up or get big, whether you need to add 5# or 15# of muscle, this is the program for you. Building muscle is one of the toughest goals. It takes planning, knowledge, and commitment. Have you seen the guys in the gym that workout month after month, but they look the same? Maybe you are one of these people? Working with a Fitness Professional can change all of that. The bodybuilding workout and meal plan must be precise in order to get results. On this plan, you will meet with a Fitness Professional 4x per week for the first 2 weeks to ensure that you understand the plan that your trainer will design for you. In the next 6 weeks, you will meet with your trainer twice per week, and workout on your own 2-4 additional days with the pre-designed plan you learned in the first two weeks. You will receive a specific meal plan to follow and very specific workouts. Follow all of the recommendations from your trainer, carefully monitor your meal plan, and use your Easyfit daily for guaranteed results. Additional packages may be required depending on your ultimate goal.
Express Fitness
Have a tight schedule? Let our Fitness Professionals maximize the time you spend in the gym, so you are not wasting valuable time. The Express Fitness program consists of 25-30 minute sessions twice per week. Armed with these workouts and our Easyfit system, even the busiest people have everything they need to get to their goals. This package is an especially great option for those of you who need to fit your workouts in at lunchtime. Come, workout, shower, and be back to work within an hour. Express Fitness is a great workout for fat burning as well as general conditioning and maintenance.
Power Drive

Want to lower your golf score? With Power Drive Golf Training, you'll work with a Fit Pro on a customized, golf-specific fitness program, designed to improve your overall performance.
This 12-week program focuses on the three key areas of golf fitness - stabilization, strength and power.

Fit-to-Wed

Look great for that special day! Whether you're in the white dress or a supporting role, it's important to look your best. Our Fit-to-Wed Training package allows you to work one-on-one with a Fit Pro on a specialized program to help you slim down, tone up and boost energy.
This 12-week program focuses on the areas you want to work on the most - the core, back, shoulders, thighs and glutes - along with cardio so that you'll be ready to dance the night away.

Intro To PT

Our Intro to Fitness package is for members who want help putting together a roadmap to better fitness but aren't ready to make a big commitment to personal training.
We'll teach you the basics of cardio, strength and flexibility through a custom-designed fitness program.
