Debbie Ehlers - Club Manager - Personal Trainer

Hi! My name is Debbie Ehlers. My fitness journey begins with my daughter joining Snap Fitness. She wanted me to come with her to keep her company. That was back in March of 2008. In my mind I was thinking, "What the heck, I'll sit on the bike and watch t.v. while she works out." The word 'fitness' was not in my vocabulary. I figured at 48 years old, my health was as good as it would get. Not so!

To make a long story short....I've been a member at the Conifer Snap Fitness for 3 1/2 years now and I've lost 50 pounds, my blood pressure is in the normal range, and I actually enjoy exercise! I need to acknowledge the fact that I had help from one of our Personal Trainers; Larry Williams. He kept my workouts fun, but challenging!

In March of 2011; I became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer ~ at age 51!!! In May of this year I became the Manager of Snap Fitness. Your fitness journey can begin at any age! Come in; we'll help you get started!

Gil Milburn-Westfall

Gil has set a goal for himself that has become a pretty big challenge. He will be turning 58 in November and he has decided that he needs to start living a healthier life style. That is why he has joined us at Snap Fitness. Gil is trading in his cigarettes for fitness and is ready to make this BIG change.

Since joining Snap in Late July Gil has lost 5# and he says he feels his body changing, reshaping and gaining energy.

Gil is married to Lisa and they have 2 sons 27 and 30. They will be celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary in May of 2008 with a trip to Paris France. They love bird watching, hiking and Ball Room dancing. Gil says he is looking forward to his new look in his Tux as they twirl across the dance floor.
