​Condreda Cooper is the owner of CC Maximum Wellness Training, founded in 2008. CC is a lifelong athlete, playing volleyball, basketball and running track through high school and competing in volleyball on a collegiate level as well. She has played in the Junior Olympics (Volleyball) and qualified as a backup during the Olympic trials. She has run in 5Ks, walked for various causes and is passionate about fitness and teaching others how to live a healthy and well balanced life.

 

Her love of fitness only begins here. She trained at Peak Fitness, Bally Total Fitness and Ladies Choice Fitness before deciding to branch out and start Maximum Wellness Training. Her goal is to assist people with reaching fitness goals and overcoming fitness obstacles. She is committed to making fitness accessible to everyone!  She brings her talent to Snap Fitness in
