I have been working with Lee Kuhn at Snap Fitness for almost six months. She is a knowledgeable professional that can asses your current condition, help you reach your fitness goals and make it fun. She is conscientious of your physical ability and will push you to limits you normally wouldn't reach on your own while keeping the environment and exercises safe. She offers encouragement during the tough spots that help you through to the end. The value you received from Lee is well worth her moderate fees. Why did you join Snap Fitness?

The gym is conveniently located near my home.  The membership plan was affordable and flexible.  The gym and equipment were new.  And I wanted access to personal training.

Tell me about your experience with personal training, and working with Fitness Professional Carey Schueler

My life is hectic and it is hard to stick to a routine.  Personal training gives me a mandatory workout once a week, serving as a foundation for other workouts during the week.  Carey is an excellent trainer.  She challenges me to push my limit.  She knows how to vary the routine to keep it interesting.  She is big on core strength.  Most of all, she is intense - which drives me to makes all of my workouts intense.

How do you continue to stay motivated?

Being fit makes me feel great both physically and mentally.
