Keren Parker - Fitness Manager

Mission

Keren's training technique is focused on ensuring a balance between all components of fitness as well as increasing clients self confidence by reaching their goals. She puts into practice the "muscle confusion" concept to keep the body guessing and to avoid plateaus in clients' results.

Education

Keren graduated from the University of Winnipeg in 2008 with her Bachelor of Arts Honors majoring in Dance. Keren also received her Can Fit Pro "Personal Trainer Specialist" certification in 2009.

Experience

Keren has been dancing since she was 4 years old. She has graduated from the senior professional program at the School of Contemporary Dancers which is recognized across Canada as a leading national centre for professional contemporary dance training. She has danced with professional dance companies such as @tendance/C. Medina and D. ID Dance Identity in Austria. Keren is thrilled to be training at Snap Fitness with the friendly and amazing team at Charleswood.

Interests

Keren's greatest passion is dance. She has trained in contemporary modern, jazz, hip hop, ballet, and tap.  Keren has danced across Canada as well as over seas. She also loves passing on the joy of dance through teaching movement to all ages.

Buck Pierce

Buck Pierce is the starting quarterback for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers 2010-Present.

Buck says he likes the convenience of the 24 hour access and the clean facility.
