Class Desriptions

Hot Yoga:  Participants need to bring their own yoga mat, towel, and water. 

This is a classic hot yoga class that is comprised of a series of 26 static poses and two breathing exercises and the Barkan method, which is similar but has a few added vinyasa poses to keep you surprised and challenged every class. Class is practiced in a heated room, is 90 minutes long, and is suitable for all levels from first timers to the more advanced practicioner.  You can learn more at this web site: www.MyYogaNC.com
