Swimsuit season is months away … but now’s the time to start toning up your glutes! Squats are the best way to tone your glutes, and this workout does just that.

 

Remember, good form is crucial when doing squats. Keep your chest and head up; plus focus on pushing your hips back to initial the movement.

 

Warm-up: Stretch and a five-minute jog

 

Workout:

10 squats

15 seconds rest

20 squats

25 seconds rest

30 squats

30 seconds rest

35 squats

 

Cool-down: Stretch
