Wellness Program
Weekly appointments? When you know someone IS going to look at your logs, journals and progress you will do what needs to be done (or avoid what shouldn’t). These appointments will not only be an exercise session, they will touch on all 3 areas of wellness.?
15 week program
Designed to jumpstart your health journey
- Regular evaluations, measurements, symptoms, pictures
- Work on 3 areas of wellness; physical, nutrition/supplementation, and mental/attitude
- Weekly appointments for accountability and program updates
Why 15 weeks? It has been shown over and over again that it takes time to implement new habits and behaviors, anything less is cheating you from your optimal wellness goals.
Regular evaluations? Often times we start a program without these measurements, pictures and evaluations and as we get into it there are difficult patches where we wonder, “why bother? Nothing is happening, forget it, I am done.” With regular evaluations we can see through numbers, pictures and assessments how far we really have come and that will give us the strength to keep going through the hard times.
What about the 3 areas of wellness? Physical is to get the exercise portion of wellness; cardio, strength and balance training for your specific goals. Nutrition and supplementation, while just exercise will get you feeling a little better, without good nutrition it is hard to make any headway in your true wellness. Mental is for the accountability and encouragement as well as learning why we need to make these changes, whenever we start something new it can be difficult to keep at it and when there are hard days there is ready encouragement.
